Clay modelling connects people with the healing benefits of using this natural earthy resource . Clay work can also used to support the release of psychological and emotional trauma. Sand Play is a grounded and intuitive activity for self-discovery and emotional release. Useful for conscious meditation and practise as well. Both the therapy studio and the beach are suitable locations for sand play.
